PBX / KSU Digital Player

   The Model 1 is a state-of-the-art digital audio recording and playback device designed to provide a continuous-play audio source for music and messages on hold, background music, or any other audio application where high-quality audio playback is required.

   The audio program is loaded from a standard CD using a pure digital-to-digital transfer into a high-density flash memory file system. After audio is loaded, the audio is played from its output jacks on the rear of the unit.

   The Model 1 is the most versatile digital player of its kind with a list of features that includes:

    Standard Analog Telephone Digital Player

    Model 5500    The Model 5500 is a revolutionary new digital announcers that allow users to download new content to the unit's flash memory via an integrated audio CD mechanism.

       The Model 5500 integrates an analog phone adapter module that provides on-hold audio capability to ordinary analog and KSU-less telephones with up to 4 lines and 50 station sets. Works with all types of phones...even cordless.

       The Model 5500 feature 8 minutes of digital flash memory that can be upgraded to 16, 24 or 32 minutes by adding additional memory modules. The unit utilizes new ISD Chipcorder technology that provides outstanding sound quality that is indistinguishable from CD audio over the telephone.

       When a new audio CD is inserted into the Model 5500, the unit automatically records the CD into memory without further user interface. The unit's LCD panel displays track length and total memory (recording time) available. After the recording/downloading process is completed, the unit automatically switches to play mode and begins continuous playback from internal flash memory.
